Every VendiPix kiosk ships with a wide array of active security features built in from day one. With seamless keyboard and window filtering, system level process control, and a Blowfish encrypted communications layer, nearly all potential problems are blocked long before they can even start.
Secured transactions
People get understandably sensitive when it comes to their credit card information. We take special precautions to make sure that transactions are transmitted and processed securely, and never stored. All connections between the kiosk and our server are made using Gateway, VendiSoft's enterprise networking system, which has been proven in a number of Fortune 500 environments for over three years.
Reliable software
Kiosks are designed to run online and unsupervised, 24 hours a day. VendiPix is equipped with an automated logging and notifications system so that if the kiosk experiences unusual problems - for example, going offline or running out of paper - you'll know right away. For added peace of mind, an automated recovery system makes it easy to roll back to a working version at any time.
